Ingredients Required

• 1 Packet (50g) Appan Foods Instant Parotta Salna Mix
• 800 ml Water
• Oil – As Required
• Fresh Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

• Pour 800 ml of water into a cooking vessel.
• Add the entire Instant Parotta Salna Mix to the water.
• Mix thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.
• Place the vessel on medium flame.
• Stir continuously while bringing the mixture to a boil.
• Allow it to boil for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the salna reaches a smooth, rich consistency.
• Add oil as required according to your taste and stir well.
• Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
• Serve hot with your favourite dishes.
